Nostalgia – joy of food – history – tradition
At Vauldalen we find it very important to take care of our legacy when it comes to our food traditions. In the beginnings of the 1990`s the women of Brekken started preserving our old traditions and fed over 1000 guests a weekend in November with wonderful dishes that was close to being lost to time, we took over this important task after them and we are proud to bring our customs with us into the future.
We make the traditional foods here following many centuries old recipes.
